Accessibility statement

Clear information should be available to every visitor.

Harrowell aims to make this website usable with keyboard navigation, modern browsers, assistive technologies and reduced-motion preferences. Accessibility is part of clear publishing communication and should be considered in the way information, forms and digital services are presented.

The Harrowell approach

Clear terms around the work that matters.

The website is reviewed as it develops, but no website is finished once and for all. If you encounter a barrier, contact Harrowell with the page, the issue and the device or assistive technology involved so it can be investigated.

In practice

What this means in a real engagement.

Current approach

The site uses semantic headings, visible focus styles, descriptive links, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support and text-based content that can be read without relying on decorative graphics. Key page transitions stop where a visitor has requested reduced motion.

Known limitations

The website is still developing. Some rich navigation and third-party email behaviour may vary between devices, browser settings and assistive technologies. A direct enquiry form is also planned; the current intake prepares an email in the visitor’s own email application.

Alternative contact route

If a form, navigation element or document is difficult to use, email info@harrowellsolutions.com. Describe what you were trying to do and we can provide the relevant information or an alternative route.

Ongoing review

As new features, analytics, forms or documents are added, they should be reviewed for keyboard access, visible focus, clear labelling, contrast, motion preferences and readable structure.
